  1. What kind of pets do you allow?
    We accept pets up to 30 pounds and no aggressive breeds are allowed.

  4. Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    $150 deposit and $150 non-refundable -- each pet. Also, pet rent is $10 a month per pet.
  5. Is my security deposit totally refundable?
    Yes, based on any balance due upon move out (less damages).
  6. If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    Yes with fees.
  7. What utilities are the resident responsible for?
    All utilities.
  8. How long is the term of the lease?
    We offer very flexible terms based on your needs. Please contact our leasing office for details.
  9. Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Yes we do. Please contact our leasing office to discuss.
  10. If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    You can submit service requests via the website, email, fax, in writing to the staff, or in the night drop.
  11. When is my rent payment due?
    Rent is due on the first of each month.
  12. What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    Late fees start to accrue if rent is not received by the third of each month. This includes weekends and holidays.
  13. Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    You can pay your rent online if paid by the third of the month. Any late payments must be paid by certified funds in the form of money order or cashier’s check.
  14. Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    There is a night drop outside the front door of the leasing office to allow you to make payments after office hours.
  15. There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Anyone staying longer than 3 consecutive days must fill out an application to be added as an occupant and must be screened.
  16. Do you have reserved parking?
    Each apartment is assigned two covered parking places.
  17. I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
    Motorcycles must be parked in your assigned parking place or any open uncovered parking place.
  18. My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Yes, we will need to add them to the lease, or put a note in the file when they are here.
  19. Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    Yes, in a bucket of cement or on a tripod stand with in your apartment patio. It cannot be attached to the building, roof, or any railings and cannot be outside your patio area.
  20. Do you have cable services?
    All apartments are cable ready. You may select any cable provider of your choice.
  21. Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    Yes with your written permission in the community policies.
  22. Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
    No
  23. How is your property different from the competition?
    Exceptional customer service. Larger floor plans with some upgraded units available. Limited access gates provided. Property patrol and onsite courtesy officer available.
